TRICKS are given to solve these three types of questions:

QUES: 5 Man and 9 Woman can do a piece of work in 19 days in how many days 3 Man and 6 Woman do the same work?
ANS:
5 Man = 9 Woman
5/9 Man = 1 Woman
5 Men or 9 Woman————> 19 days
M1 × DI = M2 × D2
5 M × 19 = (3M+6W) D
5M × 19 = M (3+6 × 5/9) D
D = 15 days
OR
1 / Days = [ 3 / 5 + 6 / 9 ] ×1 / 19
1 / Days = [ ( 27 + 30 ) / 45 ] ×1 / 19
Days = 15.
QUES: 1 Man or 2 Woman or 3 Boys can do a piece of work in 44 days in how many days 1 Man , 1 Woman and 1 Boys?
( 1/1 + 1/2 + 1/3 ) × 1 / 44
[ ( 6+3+2 ) / 6 ] × 1/44
1 / D = 1 / 24
D = 24 days.
